Our Native British White Cattle co-graze with the Lleyn sheep, while Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs roam over pasture and woodland. Our meat is butchered and cured by artisan craftspeople, so the end product is truly in a class of its own.

Our Mission is Simple
Founded in early 2016 in Scotland, Eyre Farms has been built on a deep respect for the great British countryside and a life-long passion for food that nourishes not only the people who consume it, but also the land that it grows on.
As a new entrant and female-led business, the task hasn’t been an easy one. But building a farm from the soil up has allowed us to have complete control over sustainable practices, providing the opportunity to design a thriving, resilient ecosystem. It offers long-term financial independence, personal growth, and the satisfaction of creating a meaningful, lasting legacy.

We’re passionate about the farming process as much as the end-product, from legislation and sustainability to scientific advancements in agriculture. Our journal is a way for us to talk about our thoughts on the industry, as well as news from the farm!
